Rosetta Cleaning Services LLC ("Rosetta," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Bergen County, New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

When you use our online estimate calculator or contact us, we collect:

• Your name

• Email address and/or phone number

• Service address (street, city, state, ZIP)

• Details about the service you're requesting (type of clean, square footage, frequency, special conditions like pets or post-construction)

• Any notes you choose to add for your cleaner

We collect this information because we need it to provide you an estimate, schedule a visit, and follow up with you. We don't ask for more than that.

Like most websites, ours uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which pages get viewed, how people navigate, general location and device information. This is aggregated, statistical information. It helps us understand what's working on the site; it is not used to identify you personally.

Google Analytics may use cookies to do this. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically using Google's Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate and follow up on service estimates

• Schedule, confirm, and provide cleaning services

• Respond to questions or requests you send us

• Maintain accurate business and appointment records

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Full stop.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business:

• Wix.com, Inc. — our website hosting platform, booking system, and database. Wix processes the information you submit through our site on our behalf, under their own Privacy Policy.

• Google Analytics — for the aggregated website-usage statistics described above, under Google's Privacy Policy.

• Vetted contractor partners — if you specifically request a window or carpet cleaning referral, we share only the information needed to connect you with that partner (typically your name and contact information), and only with your request.

We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not sell it. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and let you know clearly, not bury it in fine print.

We keep client and scheduling records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes, generally for the duration of our working relationship with you plus a reasonable retention period afterward. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, see Section 6.

Regardless of where you live, you can always:

• Ask what we have. Contact us and we'll tell you what information we have on file for you.

• Ask us to correct it. If something's wrong, let us know and we'll fix it.

• Ask us to delete it. We'll delete your information unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason (for example, financial records we're required to retain).

• Opt out of communications. If we've added you to any update or marketing communication, you can unsubscribe at any time.

A note on New Jersey's data privacy law: New Jersey's Data Privacy Act (NJDPA) gives residents specific rights regarding their personal data, but it formally applies to businesses that process data at a much larger scale than ours (generally 100,000+ consumers' data per year, or 25,000+ if selling data). We don't meet that threshold. We've chosen to honor the spirit of those rights anyway, as described above, because it's the right way to treat people's information, not because the law specifically requires it of a business our size.

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on Wix's platform-level security for hosting and data storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we don't treat your information carelessly, and we limit who on our team can access it to what's needed to do the job.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, let active clients know directly. We won't quietly expand what we collect or how we use it without telling you.
